Shipping Policy:

Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days of placing your order.

Shipping carriers are expecting more volume than usual. You may experience unexpected delays from our shipping partners like UPS and USPS. Thank you for your patience.

Return Policy:

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Exchanges and returns for store credit are always free. Full returns are charged an $8 restocking fee.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Items purchased from influencer collections are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please email customerservice@happyhourcollective.com with the following information:

  • Your order ID
  • The email address you used to place the order
  • The reason for wanting an exchange or return
  • If you want an EXCHANGE, please list and/or link the item or size you’d like to exchange your item for

Our customer service team will review your request and supply a shipping label for you to send your item back. If you opt for a refund, your refund will be processed when your returned item is received. Please note returns for store credit are free and returns for full refund include an $8 restocking fee.
